The action plan for restorative practices allows schools to demonstrate progress with the implementation of restorative discipline practices, including readiness activities and systems-level adaptions that support implementation. Action plans should be updated following each team meeting to assist schools in their efforts to make progress towards incorporating a comprehensive and restorative approach for addressing student misbehavior.
